Leadership Coaching

What is a Leadership Coach?

Coaches for the Arizona Leadership Project support and cultivate confident, competent, and courageous leaders who guide their schools to improved student achievement. Principals and Superintendents in selected districts are given a leadership coach who meets with them on a regular basis to identify goals and objectives linked to the ISLLC and Arizona Administrator Standards, reviews professional development plans, and creates action plans for attaining goals and objectives.

Coaches meet quarterly for training sessions focused on developing their ability to support their client.
