Interested in learning coaching strategies by internationally acclaimed trainers that prepare coaches to support principals and superintendents in becoming effective instructional leaders who maintain an unrelenting focus upon improving teaching and learning?
Wallace Leadership Coaches and other educators will participate in training sessions conducted by the New Teacher Center of UC Santa Cruz, the authors of an excellent coaching book entitled "Blended Coaching". The training is geared toward those individuals interested in serving as coaches of beginning principals, instructors in administration pre-service programs, and those responsible for design and implementation of professional development programs for school leaders.
Two 3-day training sessions are being offered: Phoenix, Aug 29-31 and Tucson, Sept 12-14.
