The Integrated Leadership Development Initiative (ILDI) is a statewide cross-agency collaborative focused on developing accomplished school and district leaders in California. Projects are supported by the California Comprehensive Center at WestEd. ILDI members and partners produced this web page and resources for practitioners, policy makers, and others interested in improving principal evaluation systems.
