Before your first webinar, please ensure that you can connect to our server and that your computer is properly configured. We recommend you do this at least 24 hours before the webinar begins.
Ready? Check your computer's readiness for the day of the live webinar and for viewing the archive after the event. Please note that you do not need a microphone as stipulated in the computer-readiness test.
What gets tested automatically:
- Popup blockers must be turned off
- A compatible version of Java (a programming language component of your browser)
- Ability to run a chat feature
