Kathryn Hrabluk

Associate Superintendent, High Academic Standards Division, Arizona Department of Education

Kathy Hrabluk is the Associate Superintendent for the High Academic Standards for Students Division at the Arizona Department of Education. She oversees the work of the K-12 Academic Standards, Early Childhood and Office of English Language Acquisition Services (OELAS) units within the agency. Kathy has been working in the field of education for over 20 years, including time spent as a teacher, literacy coach, district curriculum director and state Reading First director. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from the University of Toronto and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Northern Arizona University.
