This how-to article provides the basic strategies to be used in program evaluation and uses an early childhood education program as an example. Specifically, it defines and explains how to determine and document desired outcomes, activities, and indicators of a program, and then provides strategies for assessing the quality and quantity of the program's achievements related to those.
