Abstract (written by WestEd)
Effective Behavior and Instructional Support (EBIS) is a process of evaluation of student academic work and behavior. The process includes beginning Response-to-Intervention (RTI) if the first two levels of group intervention have had at most a minimal effect on a student's progress. This implementation guide includes ready-to-use handouts for teachers and parents.
