- Live Web Telecast
The web telecast is hosted in the WestEd Horizon Wimba environment, where you can watch the presenter show slides and handouts on your computer screen, while listening to the presentation on your telephone. Participate in online polls, questions, and view related websites and resources. Ask questions by typing in the chat window or talking on the phone.
To participate in the web telecast, you will need the following:

- to Run the Wizard at least one day before the event to test your computer's capacity to support the web telecast.
At the time of the event, you will need to do the following:
- logon to the Horizon Wimba URL 15 minutes before the event, and
- call the teleconference number at the time of the event.
- Live Teleconference with PowerPoint slide presentation
