Brief Description: This is the audio clip interview for slide 23. The first speaker is Treva Foster who conveys the concept of "common words" which are discussed during the grade level meetings. The second speaker is Joan Hanssmann. Joan shares how during this time each teacher separately makes a list of four or five words that s/he thinks are most important to teach.
